Do you struggle with anxiety, stress, confidence, or getting a good night’s rest?
Do you have a strong desire to get to that next level of peak performance?
Are your relationships not as strong as you wish them to be?
I help executives, entrepreneurs, doctors, and other highly stressed professionals reduce anxiety and stress in 10 minutes or less so you can quickly and confidently respond to your inner critic, fall asleep faster, have less head or stomach aches, slow your brain down, be present in your relationships, and get things done.
You will not just sit on a couch passively chit chatting, going over and over the same woes. You also will not need years of therapy or medication. Instead, I will guide you through my proven, focused, and unique action-oriented programs that use the latest neuroscience to target the skills, strategies, and practices you need to break through barriers and limitations, eliminate unhealthy ineffective patterns, and finally develop the more successful and healthy life you deserve.
It takes a really strong person to recognize difficulties or challenges, ask for help, face issues, and do something about it. It also takes a strong person to recognize the value of having a specialist or coach to help solve problems while being held accountable for doing so. For over 20 years, I have had the honor of seeing first-hand from my thousands of clients the great strength necessary to do the work required to persevere until true transformation is achieved. I look forward to doing the same with you!

I have been honored to be accepted into top training institutions in Psychological Science that provide both the scientific and practitioner skills to allow me to help those I serve based on what the latest research and science on human behavior and the brain has found.
By the way, gaining admittance into these top programs as well as others I declined, such as a medical program straight out of high school, were also instances in which I was told that the competition for a spot made these goals almost impossible. Again, so much for the impossible.

Continuing Education & Training
I am a voracious consumer of continuing education programs and research about the latest understanding of human behavior, neuroscience, and how to prevent or stop unhealthy negative behaviors and develop and promote healthy positive behaviors.
I love this stuff and find it super fascinating! Even as a young child in elementary school my science fair projects were psychology related and gained me first place ribbons.
That means you don’t have to spend all your time trying to figure out what the latest psychological science finds are because I am already doing it!
As a psychologist I have been fortunate enough to work with thousands of people, but have also worked for a couple of years for a top financial firm as a licensed financial advisor. After all, there is a lot of emotion and behavior tied to money. I also served for several years as an active member on the school board for one of the largest school districts in the nation serving over 25,000 students with nearly 3,000 employees.
